Character's Appearance
Yui is pretty small in size only standing 5'3" and having a thin frame. She has her hair cut to around her shoulders it was dark in color until she bleached it a soft blonde that she keeps a red scarf tied around. Yui always' wears a scowl on her face and never seems amused by much. She isn't oblivious to feelings just rather not show them.


Character's Personality
Yui is very sarcastic in nature and is often rude to anyone that talks to her. Even her very own close friends aren't safe from her attitude and sharp tongue. Its not that she is hateful but rather its how she shows her gratitude for others and/or dislike, sometimes its hard to tell.

Character's History
Yui was born the second and last child of the family. Being the only girl and youngest she was spoiled but she hated all the attention she got. Her mother was born into a long line of priests and priestess only to get shunned by them when she ran away. Yui's father is a hard working man that believes its his duty to support the family.

Her home life was a little too boring for her, Yui's mom parties during the nights with nothing but a bunch of people getting drunk, something she herself couldn't understand. It ended when her dad was promoted to manager so now her mom brings the party somewhere else. During the day her brother Shige runs the house with a bunch of his friends. They sit around all day with their drugs getting high and watching porn. Yui learned to escape this all by hanging out with her grandmother at the family shrine. Which she visits whenever she gets the chance.

In 3rd grade a couple of kids made fun of Yui calling her a demon and making up some pretty mean games, one involving hitting her in the back with a stick and running away. Rather then getting sucked into the position of victim for the bullies to play with she went to school and got revenge on all the kids that hit her first. It didn't take much for her to become a bully herself. During Junior high she shied away from the boys and only picked on the girls. She did have female friends that she never picked on but mainly the ones that acted like they were someone's princess so everyone had to do what she said. Yui came to hate girls with that way of thinking so much that she got mad at anyone treating her like some kind of leader cause frankly she wasn't.

Yui knew first hand what gangs were like her older brother Shige ran one. While Yui did wonder the streets with her group of female delinquents she never really did anything like her brother so never considered her and the other girls a gang. He'd have his boys sell on the streets, beat the hell out of anyone that looked like they had any kind of valuables on them, and have some pretty mean turf wars. Not that she didn't do some of those things but she didn't do all of them. The only guys Yui really talk to are the ones in her brothers gang.


Character's Family Notes
Masashige Sakurai - 43 - Works as a manager in construction. A big burly guy that won't let any male near his daughter and lets his son know he'll grow up a nobody just like him whenever he gets the time.

Wakana Sakurai - 37 - Born into a family of priests she disappointed her family by joining some famous street gang and becoming a Yankee. Likes to spend her time in her bedroom with a hangover sleeping till the next party, only gets away with it because of her family.

Shige Sakurai (addictedbandit) - 17 - Yui's older brother that never went to high school, until recently. He makes his living with his gang and hopes to one day join with the big boys and make lots of easy cash.

Grandmama Kaede Hojo - 65 - Wakana's mom and Chief priestess at the Hojo's family shrine. She doesn't talk to her daughter anymore but is close to her granddaughter. Secretly training Yui as a shrine maiden.

Though she acts tough and is spiteful at times Yui does have her moments. She bullies the girls in her eyes are too cheerful or act too superior but does make friends with anyone she doesn't find annoying. As for guys she stays away from unless her brother knows them then she will talk too and acknowledge them.
